Woodlands is an elegant Victorian guesthouse situated within Exmoor National Park. We are located in a tranquil wooded valley. Yet, only a short stroll from Lynton, along a beautiful tree lined walkway with glorious sea views.
Woodlands has a friendly, informal atmosphere, where you can relax from the moment you arrive. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, all our rooms have been fully equipped with Minibars, flat screen TV’s and large fluffy towels. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, toiletries, mineral water, beverages and biscuits. We also have a private car park and a boot and drying room.
Our rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views over the wooded valley, where you can watch the abundant birdlife and see our resident badgers. The Watersmeet and Countisbury rooms even have their own private balconies! In addition, the Watersmeet, Countisbury and Cleeves rooms have been upgraded this year, with wonderful new wet rooms to add a touch of luxury to your stay.
