Directions

From Barnstaple (or Brayford) take A39 towards Lynton. Take right turn to Lynton at Blackmoor Gate junction. Floow A39 to Lynton. At Barbrook take left turn opposite petrol garage and proceed along this road until signposted Lynton and Lynmouth. Follow right fork to Lynmouth. You are now in Lynbridge. Continue a short distance past the Cottage Inn on your right to row of cottages set by road on the left. Jay Cottage is here with the driveway on the side.From Minehead follow signs for Lynton and Lynmouth. Pass through Porlock and across the Somerset border. Follow the road into Lynmouth. Cross over the bridge and follow road as it winds up Lynmouth hill. At this junction follow road to left up Lynbridge hill. Follow this road for a short distance. There will be a row of (ten) cottages beside the road to the right. Jay Cottage is midway with the driveway to the side.
